Ahmed Mohamed, Esq.
Ahmed Mohamed is a Senior Counsel at Nisar Law Group P.C., where he represents employees in employment and labor law matters, including discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and severance negotiations.
He takes a thoughtful, client-centered approach to his practice, investing time to understand each client’s circumstances and objectives and providing clear, strategic guidance at every stage of a dispute, from internal complaints and investigations through litigation and settlement.
Before joining Nisar Law Group, Ahmed served as Legal Director at CAIR-NY, where he led complex employment and civil rights litigation and secured significant monetary settlements and policy reforms through litigation and negotiation. His experience includes workplace discrimination and religious accommodation cases, constitutional claims, and high-stakes negotiations with public and private employers.
He began his legal career at Kean Miller LLP and later served as a trial attorney with CAIR National, litigating employment discrimination and civil rights matters nationwide. Ahmed’s work and legal commentary have been cited in and featured by local, national, and international media outlets. He earned his J.D. from LSU Law Center, graduating Order of the Coif, and is admitted to practice in New York and multiple federal district courts.
