Catherine Badia

Catherine joined the firm in 2018 and has gained extensive experience in Employment Law. She effectively utilizes her multitasking skills to provide comprehensive support to attorneys and clients while overseeing the intake team. Catherine is involved in various cases, from litigation to simple, uncontested employee discrimination matters, managing them from start to finish.

To assist clients, Catherine maintains regular communication and provides updates, drafts correspondence, and keeps track of the case calendar and deadlines. Additionally, she organizes all document production and client case files and performs administrative tasks as requested.

In June 2018, Catherine graduated from Bronx Community College with an Associate in Applied Science Degree in Paralegal Studies. She is a member of the Alpha Beta Gamma and Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society. In 2021, she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies, graduating Summa Cum Laude from New York City College of Technology.

Catherine is also a licensed Notary Public in the State of New York. She is dedicated to assisting clients and is continuously developing her knowledge and experience in the field of Employment Law.
