Gianna Adragna

Gianna joined Nisar Law Group as an Intake Specialist, bringing a strong foundation in communication, critical thinking, and client advocacy to her role supporting prospective clients in employment law matters.

Gianna holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Pre-Law Certificate from Siena University, both of which have enhanced her analytical and communication abilities. Driven by a passion for the legal profession, she is pursuing a Paralegal Certificate at Hofstra University for the 2026–2027 academic year to further strengthen her foundational knowledge of the field.

Prior to joining the firm, Gianna served as an Office Coordinator for the Student Life Office at Siena University for four years, where she developed a strong ability to build trust and connect individuals with the resources they need. Her commitment to advocacy and inclusion is further demonstrated by her involvement in the Deaf community — she is fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) and dedicated several months to teaching ASL at a local elementary school during her college career. These experiences have deeply informed her approach to client interaction, allowing her to champion accessibility and communication equity in every professional engagement.
