Sharon Miller

Sharon has been a dedicated member of Nisar Law Group since 2021, where she assists prospective clients in navigating the intake process with efficiency, empathy, and attention to detail, particularly in employment law matters. In this role, she helps individuals articulate workplace concerns, identify potential issues, and connect them with the appropriate legal resources, ensuring a smooth and supportive onboarding experience.

Sharon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universidad Católica de Honduras, along with a Minor in Preschool Education, which enhances her ability to understand client behavior, communicate clearly, and build trust.

Prior to joining Nisar Law Group, Sharon worked at an immigration law firm, where she supported victims of human trafficking in securing legal status in the United States, developing strong skills in client advocacy, confidentiality, and trauma-informed communication. Across her legal experience, she has cultivated key competencies including issue-spotting, active listening, case intake management, and maintaining organized and accurate client records. Her four years as a preschool teacher further strengthened her adaptability and ability to communicate complex information accessibly — skills essential for assisting clients navigating sensitive employment discrimination and workplace challenges.
