Candela Blasco

Candela joined Nisar Law Group in 2026 and serves as an Intake Specialist, acting as the first point of contact for prospective clients seeking help with employment law matters. Working remotely, she conducts detailed intake interviews, documents case facts, and assesses potential legal claims to ensure every client’s situation receives the careful attention it deserves from day one.

Candela brings years of legal support experience to her role. She previously worked as a Legal Assistant at a California employment law firm, where she conducted initial client intakes, gathered essential information, identified key legal issues, and assisted attorneys in preparing cases for review. Before that, she spent more than four years as a Legal Assistant and Paralegal at a law firm in Buenos Aires, Argentina, developing a strong foundation in legal procedures, document management, and client communications.

A bilingual Spanish and English speaker with C2-level English proficiency, Candela is a valuable resource for Spanish-speaking clients navigating employment discrimination or other workplace concerns. Her ability to communicate clearly and compassionately across language barriers reflects the firm’s commitment to serving New York City’s diverse workforce.

Candela is currently completing her law degree at the University of Buenos Aires, one of Latin America’s most respected public universities, where her studies focus on legal procedures and legal research.
