Blossom Ezeonu
Blossom joined Nisar Law Group in 2025 and serves as an Intake Specialist, helping prospective clients take their first steps toward understanding their legal rights in the workplace. Working remotely, she is dedicated to ensuring that every person who reaches out to the firm feels heard, supported, and informed no matter where they are in their employment law journey.
Blossom brings a strong background in client relations, customer service, and operations to her role. She previously worked at Zenith Bank Plc for five years, where she served in multiple capacities including Executive Assistant, Operations Specialist, and Customer Service Representative building a deep skill set in client communications, relationship management, and organizational operations. She has also worked as a Client Associate at Full Circle CX and Dodoche/Fast Mortgage Closing, where she supported clients through complex processes by analyzing their needs, gathering data, and helping implement solutions.
Her experience across high-volume, client-facing environments makes her well-suited to help individuals navigating employment discrimination or other workplace concerns connect with the right legal resources quickly and compassionately.
Blossom holds a Bachelor of Science in International Law and Diplomacy from Babcock University in Nigeria. She is also a graduate of the McKinsey Forward Program and holds certifications in Project Management and Customer Relationship Management.
