Michael P. Hilferty is the Managing Partner of White, Nisar & Hilferty, LLP. in the firm's Employment and Commercial Litigation department. Mr. Hilferty is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience in both State and Federal Court litigation involving both high-net worth individuals to small/medium sized businesses. Mr. Hilferty brings a diverse set of experience having worked within both labor and employment and commercial litigation settings in the past. Mr. Hilferty attended Hofstra University School of Law and is a boating/yachting enthusiast. Mr. Hilferty is admitted to practice within the states of New York and New Jersey. He is also admitted to the United States District Court of the Southern & Eastern Districts of New York; The District Court of New Jersey, the Supreme Court of the United States, and the United States Tax Court.
