The Bronx Supreme Court includes the following departments:
Differentiated Case Management: Responsible for keeping all cases in line with the judicial guidelines
according to the Comprehensive Civil Justice Program (CCJP).
Guardianship: This office manages all guardianship requests and appointments for individuals
who are mentally incapacitated.
Legal Support: Responsible for reviewing and presenting all ex-parte, settled orders,
and special proceeding applications in front of Civil Term Supreme Court Justices.
Matrimonial: Responsible for all uncontested actions for divorce, annulment, and separation
within the Bronx.
Motion Support: Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all documents according to the
relevant court statutes.
Foreclosure: Foreclosure auctions are held in the Bronx Supreme Court on Mondays at 2 PM.
The Bronx Supreme Court is open Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. The Administrative
Judge is Hon. Douglas E. McKeon and the Chief Clerk is Tracy Pardo.
